First Meeting Memories

August 27, 2015 was the day of the first meeting for Laguna Creek Key Club and I was excited to see the faces of the new monsters. When I walked in through the doors of the black box theater I was surprised at the amount of people who showed up because they held an interest in Key Club. The executive board then introduced themselves and explained what Key Club was all about. It was time for an ice breaker and it gave the new students an opportunity to socialize and get to know each other. We played Rock-Paper- Scissors Train which I have to admit was pretty chaotic but really fun! The board explained to the new monsters how to get active and involved in Key Club. They gave them service events which would help them start off their year in Key Club. The meeting was then adjourned with a picture and random dancing from the board. Then we were off to the board meeting to discuss what would happen the following week.
